Hi,
Sinus is only a symptom of is wrong with the nose but actually body immunity low, absorption of chemicals, too much cool drinks.
In as much as we take the vitamins depends on the branding when you can trust these companies not to put in fillers into the vitamin pills and also some how these cover up the deeper issues with you body cleansing system.
So the best thing is to take natural remedy.
1/4 of this stuff every day for one month / a simple tea twice a day for 1 month.
you will have to be patience because still need to drink a lot of water.
After this one if you still have same issue 'this stuff' need to add strength it will be 1/2 tea spoon.
Not only this will work it will cost least for going to doctor every week, don't need to have excuses for M.C., you are more productive and have more better skin.
In the long run you are actually saving money, time and energy to fight off infection, fight off sinus, fight off insurance claim for medical condition.

I had sinus, ezcema, dermatitis just because I love sugar drink when I was young, I don't drink a lot of water. I love to eat sea food.
Can you imagine if you have a scratch it takes weeks to heal?
or If you go out always looking for toilet and can't hold it.
Or after a nice wedding dinner meal you have an 'accident'?
those are not nice situation.

We may think that we need to eat but eat in a moderate way, eat sensibly and eat healthy.
No doctor will admit it but the truth is there is alternative way to keep one's heal intact.
perhaps you think vitamin will help but what about 1 hour a week with a juicing machine? (not blender machine?!).

there are much natural ways to do thing. And I don't think direct selling product will help everyone if we don't clean up our system first.

Does anyone recommend Dr Kuljit and Dr Yeo at Prince Court??

I have been suggested to have a sinus operation by Dr. Kuljit and wondering what I should do now.

Any comments would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,

Like to add my story,

Like you all I come and find good recommendations for doctors on low yat,

I hate seeing doctors because I know its extremely costly. It's like no matter the recommendations here, you still need to see for yourself and usually get multiple opinions. And then if it is a different part of the body, that's another doctor search!

I actually saw 4 doctors, that i mentioned my problem to. My sinus problem is somewhat complex. no real cure for it. He's the only doctor which correctly identified the problem. If you talk about surgical skill...of course that is different set of skills. But for diagnosis and consultation, I would say

I'd recommend Dr Lim as one of the doctors one should see when looking for an ENT doctor.

Very smart, experienced, and practical

Just thought I'd share my experience here. I've had sinus surgery 4-5 years ago, where the doc cut off parts of the bones in my nasal passage.
The surgery itself was ok, just went in under anesthesia and woke up after the surgery. But, post surgery - there were so much complications.
I was discharged the next day and had to be re-admitted after 2 days when the bleeding did not stop after cleaning with neti pot. Was in the hospital
for a week, and post discharge took overall a month's time of mc.

Fast forward a few years post surgery, my nose has become much more sensitive and prone to bleeding(I've never had any nasal bleeding pre-surgery).
Often, I will get bloody mucus discharge when feeling under the weather. I've stopped saline wash for a year or so, but recently been using it again to clear off mucus build up at nights.
Also been doing endoscopy check ups routinely every year.
Based on my experience/opinion, I would not consider getting this surgery if I could choose again.
Nevertheless, anyone who wish to opt for this surgery, please do research(get 2nd or 3rd opinions) thoroughly before committing. sad.gif

I didn't notice anything majorly beneficial. I learnt to live with the symptoms and some breathing techniques
to make the post nasal drip more bearable. But still having running nose daily (not continous running, but have to clear nose periodically)
I would recommend doing an allergy blood test before committing to a sinus surgery, to find out what's the exact allergens for you.
I only did that post surgery and found of the cause of my allergens were dust mites.
Whatever it is, doing your own research first is the most important. (doctor's advice can sometimes be questionable for elective surgeries)

Is sinus surgery worth it?
Did consider it long ago but never really go for it.
I use to have serious sinus during my childhood
Around mid 20 I start jogging and running alot, and the symptom seems to reduce, only gotten sick if the weather is really bad, otherwise I don't encounter any sinus at all.  Did read up that by inhaling a lot of oxygen during running or work out, it helps the air flow and keep the nose moist.
