Anyone has nose, upper gum and jaw pain after a septum deviation and inferior turbinate reduction surgery?

i had been suffered pain and those parts tighten since 4 months ago after my surgery. The ENT doctor had referred me to Neurology doctor but it does not reduce the pain especially the pain more strong when i am lying down......cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif

PLS help and share if you had these experiences and how do you solve it and which doctor can be recommended
