All I can say is currently demand outstrips supply, if you are cannot tahan club member then that's the premium one has to pay for getting it first.

USD112 is a good price, should have bought 2 sets to average down the shipping cost. Share the other set with a friend.

Well, you should stand firm and not have to pay for the return shipping if the seller ask for it to be ship back to the US.

It is after all his mistake so you shouldn't be penalized in anyway, not to mention the disappointment and inconveniences it has caused you.

this has happened to me quite a few times. so far they've always resent me the corrected items FOC, and they never ask to resend back to them. after all it was their mistake. generally US and EU sellers are good that way

I dont think there a website to show all the modular pricing... Basically the retail prices that I've seen are:

Fire brigade - no longer in production. Last I saw was rm 1,000 from an online seller
Grand emporium - no longer in production also (?). Last I saw was rm 799 in LLM
Pet shop - last I saw was rm799 in bv2
Town hall - rm899 in bv2
Palace cinema - rm649 in bv2
Partisan restaurant - not sold in retail shops yet. Expected price is rm750
Haunted house - rm899 in bv2 but no longer sold there. I know it's not a modular but I can't resist listing this here

I believe that there are online sellers here that can provide a much lower price. Unfortunately I don't have their updated prices as I'm too scared to ask them since I haven't taken any antidote for poisons yet

Anyway, hope these help to serve as a rough price list
