Managed to haul this today.... Now I don't feel bad when I missed out on the last 2 sets in bv2 recently

Bought it from Lego'er at rm800. Slightly lower price due to dents on the box

My 1st technic built...

What I love about it:
* great design - looks simple but the way it's build is very interesting...
* awesome stickers ... Shiny and enhances the design
* it moves! (Pull back function ) now I'm very keen to build a motorized version
* now I'm very interested in getting the 42027 to combine them

I dont think there a website to show all the modular pricing... Basically the retail prices that I've seen are:

Fire brigade - no longer in production. Last I saw was rm 1,000 from an online seller
Grand emporium - no longer in production also (?). Last I saw was rm 799 in LLM
Pet shop - last I saw was rm799 in bv2
Town hall - rm899 in bv2
Palace cinema - rm649 in bv2
Partisan restaurant - not sold in retail shops yet. Expected price is rm750
Haunted house - rm899 in bv2 but no longer sold there. I know it's not a modular but I can't resist listing this here

I believe that there are online sellers here that can provide a much lower price. Unfortunately I don't have their updated prices as I'm too scared to ask them since I haven't taken any antidote for poisons yet

Anyway, hope these help to serve as a rough price list
