I do not have any whatsapp issues on 8.1 . Wonder what broken issues they are referring??

The worst part is that it couldn't access photos kept in SD Card.

Also, sometimes the conversation lists won't load.

How do I downgrade my WP 8.1 to 8.0? I asked Nokia staff if my warranty void if I use 8.1 and they said yes. I need to downgrade it because I need to send my phone for repair (dead pixel) next week. 😞

1.Back up your data, because you will lose it
2.Download and install Nokia Software Updater
3.Connect your Windows Phone with the screen unlocked and Nokia Software Updater running
4.The app will say there is an update available
5.Follow the prompts to install the “new” firmware

Hopefully a new version gets released Can change conversation background and all.

yess.. especially in group chat.. hard to differentiate between sender.. Some more, my bad experience is when i scroll to find the prev chat, the app closed itself.. really troublesome need to send the chat history via email..

I downloaded and installed the Nokia software updater version 4.1.0 but they prompt a new update and said must update to 4.2.1. Then I plug my phone to the USB into my computer and for several minutes, it cannot detect my phone. It keeps 'connect your phone'.

i rarely exploring my 1520.haha about 2month i never watch video from download.all direct on surf internet (plus im still never get memorycard)
btw,recently download video from youtube and i blur where i have to go for watch that video.hahahaha... i go video(green icon but nothing) please help

try install file manager app andsearch the video file. from there you can play i think.
