I am so busy with work where I don't have time to go for gym.

That equipment won't do you any good. Save your money.
You must find time. Anything worthwhile that you want to achieve in life, you must invest time and effort. At a minimum, you can achieve great results just by training 2x per week for 30-40mins a session. Surely you can set aside 30min (+another 30min travelling to/fro the gym)? If you really cannot go to a gym, get yourself a pair of adjustable dumbbells, a barbell and some weights to start with. As the weights get heavier you cannot do your exercises at home safely without getting a proper bench and power rack. So going to a gym is more feasible. |

i also workout at home..
i got myself a rack (made by my contractor) a barbell, dumbbell and 90kg of weight.. i think it work better than that Super Six Power Gym Station |
