Has anyone here heard of Super Six Power Gym Station?
I am so busy with work where I don't have time to go for gym.
I want to so it at home.
Is this Super Six Power Gym Station worth trying or worth buying?

if you have will to do, and can motivated yourself to consistently workout. even small a dumbbell at home will do. If not, it is better you buy personal trainer.

PS: ohya, that thing wont give you six pack. keep that in mind!!

Then do I need to buy any equipment to build six packs?
And if I want to build my chest, and my shoulder more bulky, but not too bulky, any equipment that I must have?
My weight is normal but I look too skinny especially the chest and shoulder.

What exercise should I do?
Please advise me bro! :'(

That equipment won't do you any good. Save your money.

You must find time. Anything worthwhile that you want to achieve in life, you must invest time and effort. At a minimum, you can achieve great results just by training 2x per week for 30-40mins a session. Surely you can set aside 30min (+another 30min travelling to/fro the gym)?

If you really cannot go to a gym, get yourself a pair of adjustable dumbbells, a barbell and some weights to start with. As the weights get heavier you cannot do your exercises at home safely without getting a proper bench and power rack. So going to a gym is more feasible.
