QUOTE(andrekua2 @ Apr 22 2014, 07:03 PM) Well, unless its your first time using materials from China, then you would roughly have an idea what you are dealing with. I wouldn't call it fake, but there are certain production related problems ie. in the uniformity of the chemical composition across the whole piece of material, metal substitution especially with stainless steel, impurities removal and so on. For us, its quite simple. Its stainless steel, we provide you with the mill cert and thats it. We are not mills, and we do not have the manpower nor equipment to test its actual properties. If stainless steel also cannot resist, then time for Incoloy or Inconel. Now i use nippon steel.. no problems.

Japanese are usually well-packed and smooth finish compared to rough turned by POSCO. This post has been edited by andrekua2: Apr 22 2014, 07:35 PM

(i) Proposed increase the authorised share capital of the Company from RM50,000,000 comprising 500,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each to RM100,000,000 comprising 1,000,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each by the creation of additional 500,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each ("Proposed Increase in Authorised Share Capital"); and
is it considered as a split? or I have to purchase additional shares?

Authorised share capital =/= Issued share capital E.g. my company's authorised cap is RM25,000,000, but only RM20,000,000 is issued and fully paid up. Means that, Board can decide to allot another RM5,000,000 worth of shares to anyone anytime. U don't have to do a thing This post has been edited by Pink Spider: Apr 23 2014, 01:41 PM
