QUOTE(Boon3 @ Mar 31 2014, 10:44 AM)
TPC Plus WAS already losing money, in a bad financial state when London Biscuit bought it !

You can easily find so much data from Uncle...

http://www.thepoultrysite.com/poultrynews/...takeover-of-tpc

That was posted 9 April 2010.

TPC profit report before 9 April:

http://www.bursamalaysia.com/market/listed...uncements/60001

Already losing money, LonBis also simply buy.

Therefor it doesn't matter if TPC is already Pn17.
LonBis should not have invested in it in the first place.
*
Is it possible that LonBis wanted something that TPC held?

At first some thought so.
They assume there were some synergies in the business.
Biscuit and eggs go hand in hand ma...

But then London Biscuit also bought a much better egg company, Lay Hong.

If you read the earlier Star article:
LonBis also became a laughing stock cos when Lay Hong was sold, Lay Hong shares went boom boom up.

doh.gif

There was another 'investment'... let me search.

They should probably move in and buy over Safe Egg and make Safe Biscuits brows.gif

Good synergy.

Summoning Boon3 gor ....

My egg is fast approaching hatching point. I don't know whether I should let it hatch at 10.4 or wait a while more. What do you think?

Edit: 10.5

Starting to make sense why London Biscuit profit increase. Previously it does not look good. Now with additional numbers from Khee San, starting to improve.

Just jump out of  Insas. Lose a barrel of kfc. All those big number by disappear. Only ikan bilis buying.

That one you ask Uncle la.
Go search la..
Don't be so lazy.
Their England better than mine.
What I can do is...
ask you this....

How do you profit from knowing resistance and support?
*
Normally I try to find a support level for stocks I intend to enter so that I don't catch falling knives. I don't usually look into resistance, yet. Still learning, still learning smile.gif

Not exactly. Haha, I don't do that all the time. The last time I did with infortech, ended up burning few buckets of kfc. But like I said, still learning smile.gif

but sometimes, many factors are driven the price leh. The chart seems ok, but, it falls.  shocking.gif

how you determine support level?

That's what I'm trying to learn. There are many types of traders, contra, charts, rumours ... You name it. I'd like to understand each type, in detail, one by one biggrin.gif

So you kena burn with infortech eh?

Let's look at your Genting case. laugh.gif

I use the other day chart... you bought at 9.70.

Why?

Yea, burned slightly, chopped early brows.gif , good thing diversified, recovered elsewhere.

9.7 marked an all time low in recent weeks, back then, so that's how I justified the support. It did drop below 9.7 for a few days, and then bounced back up.
