Well... You are prevented from shifting from D to R and above without pressing the gear knob, so that's some form of protection I suppose. But that is if you actually move the gear level from the range of N to 3 without holding the gear knob down.

If dun hv visor then u can go for mugen visor...else just stay with the stock visor...simple yet nice

i seen the material he said is acrylic material... its kinda soft la.. and bendable...

most newer cars have some sort of electronic protection which prevent the parking pin from kicking in when the vehicle is still moving

new persona sv owner reporting in. just notice that i need to close the door very hard before it can be closed properly. when i start engine, radio automatic turn on. maybe i should fix this issue during first service?
it is quite big for me. i have difficulty to park straight in parking spot , the car is quite fast and stable , during reverse, i can see back clearly by using middle mirror but not when i look at the back

Door hard to close, complain to SC. They will adjust the latch.
The radio automatically turn on because you didn't turn it off before switch off engine.
Simply hold the radio volume button for few second and it will turn off with the word "goodbye" IINM

Tested on czin's b-line elegance, if the rpm is more than 1.5k OR speed is more than 3-5kmh.. it wont simply let the knob go from D to R ...
OR from R to D.. Even if u press the knob button, it wont simply let u... but i havent forced it hard la.. my czin will kill me.

I happened to test this out coz of my niece had kicked the knob upward when driving at 100kmh.. then the gear was on N not goin to R at all.. so the rpm immediately went to 6k n Vrrrrooooooooommmmm came out all sudden on the highway..

its jst like manual transmission where u hav to press the clutch first to get the knob shifting.. i tried on mine, goin at 10kmh speed, tried to shift the gear from 2nd to Reverse gear. i even pressed the clutch n it never let the knob go.. it will make sound like soft knocking sound. but of course dont force it.

AT will auto detect when it can shift to each gear. during driving, u can only move from D4 to N, D4 to D3, D3 to L (hav to press the knob button).

so no worries..all latest cars now should have this protection..

Congratx on your new car Door would be a prob. just make sure before you go to the SC don bang the door hard then okay d. and does your car sound eek eek when you turn steerling?

u don't have to be a godzilla can park straight/correctly. do adjust it via power steering jor.
if not, do relearn driving lessons via jpj.

wats the difference if using cleaning kit?

dont tell me u got ur license from under table.

The filter came without oil. If you oiled it, better filtration. Depends on you though. K&N one came oiled.

i dont remember i turn off radio..hehe..sori..but i'm very sure i always put volume around 10 or 11, but when start the voume always reset to 18.

there is a setting where u wan the volume to remain as wad u last set or fix at a specific volume once player turn on. forgot wad setting is that...can u check the car player manual?
