I'm having the same problem. My compendium totally not working. ZZz.. Some more I bought 2x2400 points.. Already sent ticket to steam but will at least take 3-4 days. Earn so much money but slow and blur customer service. Probably gona miss out on getting the immortal treasures before they solve this issue..

At least I got my Shagbark Plushies to comfort me... Quite big and better made compared to furion plushie. The 'sunglasses' can move and remove. The birdies also can remove (magnatised).. Even my gf says its cute and likes to hold it.

It's a brilliant scheme really. And you just know there are crazy/hardcore players who will reach Level 1000+ in compendium later.

its up to player to buy the lvl up points or not

If they show some examples of Immortal items, then ppl will buy more to level up. Valve, marketing 101 - give clients some incentives to purchase more of your product
