hi guys..been using my EB turbo around 6 month now.so far so good.me and wife and 8month daughter  really love it!

I believed just recently u hv oil leaking.no prob bro..if your oil sump case or engine case doesn't hv crack sure P1 sc can reseal back.my advise u need to check oil level frequently just don't let it get below than lower level indicator..what version do u currently use then?

top 2 plugs looks not that suitable due to burn marks. our standard one in the middle is much better, but the brisks plug, wow. it can really stand to the high temp of the cfe engine

Frm what i heard they are still testing the facelift. Launch date could be early 2015. Hopefully the DRL headlamp is PnP with current EB.
And the year after that(2016) new mpv will be researched from ground up.
Not using EB base, NA powertrain ( petronas engine) that hav clever tech like vtec.

that's is some real power gain under your hood only change the filter can reduce 13.3s to 12.7s

But from my feeling after small mod it's a lot responsive compare to stock item/eb on road.

Recent hobby with my eb:
i) When I’m in front of the line at traffic light, sprint/pull away from others when green light turn ON and view it from rear mirror
ii) Overtake slow car at right lane
iii) Boosting sound in the tunnel/parking inside shopping mall
iv) Give a way to other mod car/crazy road user (observation based on exhaust sound & speed maybe some exterior mod & driving style: need experience to judge on other car/road user) then follow him or overtake him after 30 secs/1min ahead from me. after pass them, then I notice they will drive slowly at constant speed

Other eb user may have different hobby, e.g.watching Live TV in their eb or other activity care to share 

Haven't faced this issue....
Last time mine was when I put R and D few times, it will show like it is dyeing off or jerking...

My Car is now more than 2 yrs and ran only around 25,000km.
Just recently faced 2 issues but still waiting to see whether it is a one off issue or will it re-occur...

1. Tried to switch On the Aircon as usual in the Drive mode. But no response. The rear one was already On and working fine. Tried On and Off few times, but still no response. No extraordinary indicators or warnings in the Panel. Then I tried to put the Aircon to Speed 4 and could see that it was working fine. Then tried to put back to 1 and it was okay. Stopped the Car and tried again and everything was perfect.

2. Done a Car wash by myself and cleaned the Rims nicely with the Car Shampoo...
Next day morning, started the Car and tried to move to D, the Car didn't move at all....
Then I accelerated until above 3k rpm(I guess), then the Car started to move with a sound (not sure from where it came...).
I think the Brakes might have got jammed after the Car Wash.....

Anybody here have the same experience?

Guys..last time an orange cat used to sit on my exora bonnet and it's already full with scratches and the fender too.. but now,today I opened my bonnet and FOUND HIS FOOTPRINTS AND HIS FUR ALL OVER MY ENGINE HEAD,THE TURBO,AND AIR FILTER      grrrrrrrr,and I found out how he jumps into the engine..what shall I do?im getting mad with this bloody orange cat..

There was once I decided to open my hood to refill the wiper water reservoir. To my surprise I found one of my own cat just chilling in the engine compartment. Imagine if I were to start the engine and drive off without knowing the cat was in there. Dangerous 
How much does it cost? and won't it affect the air flow?

Yeah I heard the same ..changing radiator for CFE engines..hmm

my last visit to SC was last month for my 35K service. the SC did mention changing something, but not the radiator. it's the turbo hose to the radiator and some fuel pump hose. if i'm not mistaken there's three items, and it's implicated for the 1st batch only. mine's in the list.
what the SC told me, if any BOLD come in, firstly they will check the batch number, and automatically make the order for this items if it's in the record. under warranty. instruction from HQ. at present my hoses are still reliable. they just want to up great the quality.

From what I read, they only change to new type if you got problem with your current radiator. If no problem, no change

Guys just to update,I sent my exora for 3rd service (21K) and it cost RM233 but since got voucher redemption all in came RM133,and for my side mirror,they changed it but used the same old cover.but I haven't check how is it working yet.

For my auto cruise function,they told my bro how to test at 180km/h..so they could not do anything..

My RH seat knob came out they re-order..
And yes he did mention about radiator..it's the turbo hose thing..it same now the one is plastic quality and won't last very long..

And that day I tested 210km/h top speed for my eb,but today when I was discussing with my bro,he said he did 220km/h on highway,but it took some time to reach that speed.

And,for my cvt light on for 12 times they said need to leave the car there for 2 days so my bro said next time la..cuz now need to use it for work and all..

Starting the engine much easier now,
Engine much smoother,no jerks and i dont know if they updated the ECU..my bro dint tell them..but my bro said they connected the car to the computer..hmm.
For my running on my mind is 220km/h lol..this exora really..my bro said it was very stable at that speed..

just want to ask, which color is a better value? EB / silver?

i just realize that my EB Bold Std doesn't have 12V socket at the back and also bonnet light. i don't care abt the small light but the 12V socket why so 'kedekut' to put it... haiiihhhh!

can anyone confirm this 12v is also connected to BCM?

Wow suddenly so many radiator problems being brought up lately. What happened??

Just checked my unit of EB (2013 batch with turbo emblem, bought in december).

My radiator is the plastic type.



Does anyone know what causes the radiator to fail? or anything we can do to prevent it from happening to us?

Hopefully Proton initiates a recall for the affected units.
