From my opinion they are, as they are very close to Semenyih town.

However, SKL people will said Ecohill in Rinching, EcoMajestic in Beranang, rinching is rinching, beranang is beranang, riching and beranang not semenyih.. tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif

Ecomajestic looks to me have a similar terrain as in Ecohill, thus should be able to enjoy the view of broga hill from distant. Not sure will have something similar like PARC, as from the model master plan, don't see any hill structure though..

Actually semenyih is half surrounded by hills, very nice scenary as of now.. Going up to the PARC in the morning to enjoy the breeze would be something refreshing.. thumbup.gif thumbup.gif
