Bro, I do notice some parking spaces at the back. I am also not sure how many units in EM will be launched in this phase.

However, if you remember the SEH launching, the cars park from the welcome center until the junction, both sides. Roughly 1.5 km per side, which is about 3km long.. sweat.gif sweat.gif That's for about 1000 numbers (700 queue + 300 reserve list). Moveable toilets of course is available, but again space is required. SEH have plenty of spaces around the welcome center, the parking plot in front of SEH center can accommodate at least 700 people and some extra space for food and drinks, but EM satellite office... shakehead.gif shakehead.gif

Perhaps like you said, since the show room in that area only occupied by the EW, perhaps they will use the space for whole street, then is okay I presume. Or they allow the person who take the queue number to leave and come back second day, then perhaps works as well..

Yeah, let's wait and see. As long as not chaotic condition, then it is okay.

I so far received nothing from EW about the bungalow lot or launching, even the satay event sms also never received.. doh.gif doh.gif

Anyhow, even it is still available, also will be very limited units, as internal staffs and associates sure already kebas some... doh.gif doh.gif

Yeah, when I was there last Friday, the model houses of cluster and SemiD also not ready yet. SA told me they need to finalize the layout. Even the price also not yet finalized for cluster / SemiD units doh.gif doh.gif

After putting in the model of the master plan as well as these model houses, not much space left, they only put few tables to let SA discuss with interested buyer.. shakehead.gif
