Since many big developers come in, the local authority should demand them to expand that main road.

The road in front of Semenyih Parklands is undergoing some extension now. There are some area around Kolej Professional Mara Beranang still can be expanded, but in Semenyih town, forget about it.

The road expansion is already congested, since the town road is developed long time ago and not considering about the rising number of traffic that we faced currently.

Looking alternative to divert traffic into Lekas highway is more feasible from my perception.

SILK confirmed being taken over by IJM.

With LEKAS and SILK both in the hand of IJM now, can we expect some alternative connection in future?

If something which is good for us then I don't mind but cannot blindly increase the toll rate or introduce more tolls. I foresee future the Lekas-Ecohill link will jam up. Maybe after 7-8years time. Many EM residence sure will use this link 1.

Bro, the layout design for pilosa is better indeed, with a small family hall on the first floor. However, really can't tahan the attractive price of the Pallida units which is super valuable for a double storey houses in a great township..
