Once the completion of the Lekas Ecohill link the traffic condition will gets better. I know I will definitely use that link. Pay Rm1.10 bettee than stuck in the jam for 15-20mins in order to reach home if use jalan semenyih. Anyway, if the link open, non-Ecohill residence will also use this link as well... Traffic might have slight improvement on jalan semenyih. The new link traffic might get heavier if EcoMajestic Cradleton and Tenderfield is completed. Of course that would be by mid-2017. For us We will VP by end of 2015. I expected completion for some type by Q3 of 2015 while non-DIBS might be early Q4 2015. Hopefully there will be a grand welcome for the buyers smile.gif

No doubt will hv ppl use the link to skip the jam but how many I wouldnt know. I do beliebe that not everyone wiling to pay toll fees 1. If can skip they will try do so especially when the toll rate increases. This year no increase for Lekas but not sure about next year. Anyway, your concern is mine too coz I am planning to stay. I just hope it will balance abit so everyone got a choice to choose.

1 more thing, once Lekas EM link is ready it will also help but whether ppl willing to pay extra toll fee or not is something I cant answer too sweat.gif

Lol... trust me, you won't use that road, coz that road will make you a big round from Jalan Semenyih to reach the SEH.. tongue.gif tongue.gif I bet you will be using the Lekas link road for sure..

That's the road currently connecting to the main entrance of Tiara South for the moment. brows.gif brows.gif

Current jam condition along Jalan Semenyih is due to the two main factors: i) too many traffic lightsss along the way, ii.) double lane go to single lane than double lane again... doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

However, the ecohill link will be 2 lanes each with flyover and no traffic light in between (roundabouts instead). With such design, I presume it can at least cope with the current population requirement, in addition to the SEH and early phase EcoMajestic as well.

Of course, we also have to consider residents from other developments in the vicinity as well, including the mega SEH 2 in the southern part later..

Nevertheless, with the open up of another exit to Lekas in EcoMajestic I believe can divert the traffic as well. Hopefully, this link can cope for another 5-8 years before it starts to congested again... cry.gif cry.gif

Bro, EM need to queue overnight along the road side, can't leave (though feel sleepy) and stay within the area for more than 12 hours.

SEH on the other hand only queue from morning till evening, and during the time we still can leave for certain period, providing we can rush back to the SEH within one hour. If you are around Kajang / Cheras / Semenyih / Bangi / Seri Kembangan, you actually no need to queue there for more than 12 hours...

Today went to the SEH PARC with my darling.

Just notice that Samanea units are progressing fast as well. However, just feel that the privacy for this units seem abit worrying, as they are exactly located beside PARC where people can see the houses from the top of the PARC pretty easy. Installing reflective windows seem a must for this units, especially those near to the PARC.

Anyhow, these units are sold out within internal staff and associates, would be something to consider during the subsale later..

Bro, SEH that time can go back but still is a risk coz they talk like you may lose your number. As you know, SEH response was damn hot where waiting list also fulll till nothing more to give although there are more than 100ppl. No replacement are alllowed. I remember i was so kind that i helped 1 guy and inform him once need to take attendance. Many ppl not there when they are checking on us but still allowed them to buy. Seriously I wasnt too bappy that time bcoz I already there for more than 12 hours. I was suppose to watch movie during evening (already brought tickets online) and I cant do it becoz of SP Setia wanna do checking although we already have the number! Also, 9pm+ is so late already considering the fact that we needed to be there on the next day (early morning) to choose unit. I have not discussed with my gf on which 1 to be our choice since my chances of getting the one I wanted is slim coz my number is way behind... Happy to get a number but wasnt too happy to stay till so long. I got my number around 11-11am+ but have to stay there for another 9 hours... sad.gif

EM is overnight but that time they no need to take names or etc. You can ask someone to wait on your behalf or if you come in with 2 ppl then you can take turn to queue. Officially no number yet so as long as you can talk to them or write a letter you can ask someone to do it for you. Yes is overnight but at least you can get some rest if you come with 2 ppl or if you get someone to queue on your behalf. This is the plus point.

Anyway, is just my opinion but no doubt I was upset during the SEH launching tongue.gif

According to SA those aree good units bcoz side got water and beside a hill (consider PARC) is a hill. For me privacy is more important than fengshui sweat.gif . Ppl can actually observe you from the PARC everyday.... Like mou? biggrin.gif
