Sam kor, yes, they launched and ballot the EB without the show houses, which is already completed now.

I think they suppose to launch it with the show houses last time, but the response was overwhelming with the cheque registrants number was 5 times more than the units available for ballot.

Teng kor, this clearly proves that EM and SEH are inter-related to each other and cannot be separated..

Then, it's really hard to draw a conclusion. Based on previous experience, EW do have chances to launch EM without layout brochure as well as the show houses... Terror, terror...

I had one of their houses before. The staff are nothing to be excited about.

Oic, but raikonen and Kohtt gor these are the best elite staffs from SP Setia woh, without them SP Setia project will be affected and delayed woh..

Bro Sam, my unit is facing south and did have some concern on the privacy. I hope Sp setia will plant more trees to surround the area. This will make the situation better.
