Relax guys! Zefer isn't that bad. Looking at big picture, ZEFER generally is nice. Times better than Atmosfera especially sold at RM350 to RM400 psft by developer at this mature location! Some of the owners are actually first-time buyer. They are over-reacted on MINOR defects they found!
