So if during the bidding session it increases more than reserve price, need to settle on the same day? That's what I read..

Yes correct. If you are the winning bidder, you need to settle the 10% of the price increment as well right after the auction ends.

Once again unit sold at higher than last month reserve price.
Last month can win unchallenged at 583K and yet nobody interested.
