500+psf? Consider cheap at that location?

Kinrara mas selling 460K plus for 1231 sf (source from propwall).. work out to be around 400psf...

It location near to each other, it can benchmark with it..
Maybe this Andes offer more lifestyle facilities....

This Villamas very aggressive recently, Verde AD (fully sold), Kristal Cyberjaya and now this one...

Why andes ? Lots of nyamuk aedes ?

Right at the border of KL and Selangor. Might be still KL address depending on where is the exact location.

Kinrara Mas actually falls under DBKL..
(White Color is KL area)
