Both also on the fringe of BJ. In terms of luxury finishing rainz is from exim so definitely will be nice. Look at treez, it's very well done.
Rainz is walkable to the new LRT and nearer to the new commercials in BJ like Link 2 etc. My opinion Rainz definitely better. However Rainz going to be much more expensive as well.
In the end both have BJ address so both should benefit from "atas" image once Bukit Jalil City is completed. Go for what you can afford.

Kidex is sure going to happen one lar. Toll companies will not let this cash cow slide. They just buat wayang only.
Resident buat wayang to get bigger payout and toll company buat wayang say "listen" to residents. This highway definitely needed though. Pj is so jammed already. And with all the malls coming up in Bj, it will.get worse.
With Kidex it's a quick trip from Damansara/PJ to the Bukit Jalil malls.

Bukit Jalil address mahal lar bro. Kinrara vs Bukit Jalil is like Segambut vs Mont Kiara. Pavilion Bukit Jalil will change the "class" of the Bukit Jalil address to an upmarket one.
