Found out the location is actually next to kinrara mas, even the layout of the project has similarities ie condo plus 3 storeys link just that they called it "vulla" now. Villa selling 1.7m ?! 30k booking and that's your 10% downpayment. If include all the rebates the Villa end up 1.5m+. Still think it's a bit over priced.

Besides the project, there's still empty land before the lake which villamas failed to secure or jv.
What do you think about above offer? They said only for last weekend though.
