2. A: KL address vs S: puchong address
3. A: low density vs S: high density
4. A: smaller/less facilities vs S: huge facilities area
5. A: might have obstructed view vs S: might have better view
6. A: some units have private lift vs S: all common lift.

Both are good project. Just depends on your preference.

I think so too... IOI is more reputable as compared to villamas.

My main reason for choosing Andes is bcoz of the low density. I'm currently staying in a high density condo (but still less than skyz) and no matter how good is the facilities, they will spoil easily and your swimming pool will definitely bcome like Sunway lagoon during school

Not exactly 15% coz:
1. Your deposit (condo:10k / villa: 30k)  is part of the 1st 10%. So it's actually less than 10%.
2. Additional 5% is from the amount of 90%.

If u get 90% loan, they will reimburse your 5% by 7 payment. Jan & July every year. Can use this to cover progressive interest.

For me, I think this is a good deal coz easy entry and can cover progressive interest

Loan reject with 3 rejection letter: full refund
Loan reject without any reason: kena charge 500 if not mistaken.

My friend bought 1 unit The Andes... 1325sqft, not me..
I bought at KL..
My sister bought 2 properties from Villamas.... Atmosfera & Zefer Hill, price quite attractive after discount..
The Andes also not bad..slightly higher price abit but more towards luxury concept with Superlink Villas nearby.

Located at the border of bukit jalil. Good thing bout this location is it's located in between 2 major townships - bukit jalil & puchong. Giant is also nearby - convenient for grocery shopping. Just my thought :

smallest size is 1100 sqr ft

Villamas developer alwys give buyer easy entry and good discount to ease buyer purchase.
Return buyer also get high extra discount. 

The Andes more towards luxury concept, price higher than previous projects but still attractive coz
easy entry and discount to offset dibs.
