Just be a little patient, once the show village is open, go and have a look. If anything differs from what had been promised, only then argue/ discuss/debate (choice of words ) with ES.

Yes previously noted on it already. What I meant was ES tried to "wipe off the evidence". Earlier scale model got glass, now is replaced with steel handrail. Buyers bought on the pretense of glass.

Somehow I miss this question before I purchase, so I'm ok with glass or steel. Anyway let's wait and see, few more weeks only can see show room.
I spoke to SA in ES and TA and was told there are link bridge that connects both side of the park. From ES, you need to come out from your gated community and once you are outside, you can just walk to the park. Like for Parque Residence, you just need to come down from your condo, walk outside the condo. compound and then walk to the park.
I think there are 10 of these link bridges which you can use.
But for Terazza owners, since your parcel is located inner, you need to walk / drive pass the semi d and bungalow to get to the park. Just abit further but no biggie.
Oh...in that case, at least can cycle from Terraza to central park passing by Monterez....

As I mentioned in earlier post, my SA told me the truth...that is only Type A is with glass. I did asked him then why the model house of type B, C and D are glasses....he told me is wrong already.
