Heard starting price would be RM1M or somewhere very close to it as it will be a premium area like Setia EcoPark. Nevertheless it's still very premature at this stage for any info about the development plan. Not even sure whether the condition precedents for the acquisition has since been met as no subsequent announcement to the public via Bursa.

As a responsible citizen, we all should embrace anti-corruption in our mindset. But to be fair, I think we shouldn't jump into the conclusion at this stage that this is a cortupted deal without solid evidence.

Yes there will be high rise residential but at later stage.
As for the entry price, it's estimated to be no less than RM1M (for non-high rise).

Afaik EcoSanctuary will be aiming the (mid to) high end market. Ijm Rimbayu will be focusing more on the middle income range.

If this is the concern, then it will be another discussion - LH vs FH, whether for investment or own stay, remaining lease period etc which was already discussed in one of the threads.

Land matter is state's authority. I don't know whether there is any precedent before but nothing is impossible (even constitution can also be amended), though it may not be easy.

Logically speaking it is very unlikely FOC. Extending the lease tenure already need to spend some money, more so for the case of converting it to FH which is like a perpetual tenure of LH.
