Unfortunately rugged notebooks are around RM5k or more hmm.gif
Still, you can opt for a Dell notebook and purchase accidental warranty support which covers drops/spills etc.
Can consider this one:
14"
Dell Inspiron 14R, i5-4200U + Nvidia GT740M + (1366x768, Touch) @RM2099 [2.32kg], 4GB, 500GB(5400rpm), W8 , 6 cell

* extend warranty to 3 years @RM259 promotional price
* upgrade to accidental warranty coverage. Please visit Dell's website for configurations
*Note the RM2049 variant of this notebook (without touchscreen) is not up for accidental warranty coverage based on Dell's website

Can easily select from the list given to you what? laugh.gif

As mentioned, it all depends on you. If budget is really not a problem, then go for the XPS 13 nod.gif I've recommended quite a few of this one, and the buyers are always impressed with it nod.gif However, its pretty expensive, and warranty extension is ~RM800 too!

If you don't mind the heavier weight and larger size, then the Inspiron 14 7000 would be a great pick since its cheaper. Warranty extension is ~RM260 only for 3 years icon_rolleyes.gif
