I own an S3, did anyone encounter the wifi authentication issue after 4.3 update? I've been searching for answer it seems like a daunting task to browse through all thread version. Any solutions?

I did hard reset, and all suggested on the net. Only the airplane mode workaround works but only for a short while like 10 minutes. I'm looking for a definite solution.

PS: Once sent to phone technician. No prob with wifi card, tested 3 times. He said its the bloody 4.3.

Sorry I can't supply the screenshot for now, but the error is exactly as if you typed wrong password. Before you mention about my router, my wifi router is fine, I have reset, reconfigured, used easy password, used wep, used wpa, used virtual button, million times all failed. Other phone was fine, only my s3.

In the internet it seems this is quite a big issue with 4.3, and no clear, permanent, genuine solution. Samsung rep said their engineers are looking at it and blamed google android for it.

I haven't tried to roll back or use modded OS yet, but I'm open to suggestion if somebody who had similar experience manage to get rid the tahi ayam that 4.3 made.

Trivia of a heart wrenching true story:
Me: I have wifi connection issue with 4.3, doesn't seems to work, failed to login to anywhere, and checked wifi card, no hardware issue. A phone technician definitely sure it is 4.3 issue.
Samsung rep: Maybe you can try update the firmware to see whether it is solved, we always respond to any issue with software and our engineer always took care of it. It is google android developer issue most of the time.
Me: Well, my telco plan will not be sufficent to download anything big at the moment...
Samsung rep: Well you can always use the wifi anywhere available to download so it won't be disrupted by you 3g connection and quota.
Me: dafuq? WIFI MAK CIK??
Me...> hung up and facepalmed.

Yeap, all the places that with wifi available, tried all. My unifi, my mom's unifi, my frens unifi, McD, you name it.

hmmmm... few things left you can do....

1. Download ROM and flash again..
2. Go Samsung to get them help
3. Downgrade to 4.1.2 since you mentioned previous version is working for you, please take note that
efs for 4.1.2 and 4.3 is not the same, therefore if you don't know how to do best is get help.
