My sis messed up the pattern unlock in slimkat. Cannot reset as I can't toggle the wifi to login to Google account. Help, anyone?

My S3 is having flickering screen and scan lines appearing moving up and down. The screen resolution seems to be halved, and blue screen flash observed when recovering from standby to lock screen.
Anybody had similar experience? Is that hardware - or software issue? |

I want to flash Slimkat rom with clean flash, but i'm not sure how
1. install TWRP custom recovery and make a backup 2. Reboot to recovery and wipe dalvik cache, cache, system and data. 3. Flash Slim-i9300-4.4.2.build.5-OFFICIAL-4081 4. Flash Slim_AIO_gapps.4.4.2.build.5 5. Flash boeffla-kernel-2.3-beta3-Omnirom-i9300.CWM.zip 6. Reboot 7.
