guys, I just knew about the smooth and pie chart controls. How do I enable that? I never got a chance to go that menu yet.

QUOTE(MR.Shiney @ Feb 28 2017, 01:28 AM) Did you use OEM cables or the cables provided with the PSVR? I did run into some issues using other OEM cables. I envy you! I use the USB to MicroSD cable that came in with the PSVR. Not sure if I have to buy a new one. If so, would you recommend a brand? Is there a step by step guide available online? Once connected, I should be able to see my PC desktop from the VR headset right? I not sure if a driver needs to installed before I can use it hence it shows disconnected. Download TrinusPSVR here. It isn't free, you'll be given a time limit to try it out. It costs around RM50 if you want to unlock it. Plug the USB from the Processing Box to your PC usb port. Plug the HDMI from the Processing Box (PS4) port into your graphics card secondary HDMI / DisplayPort. Plug in those two cables at front for your headset and you're good to go. Have SteamVR installed & click on "Install Drivers" at the How To tab in TrinusPSVR. Click Start. If done correctly the two led at the back of your headset should light up. You can view how I play Half Life 2 VR with TrinusPSVR here, it's freakin' awesome man... but be sure to have iron stomach before delving |

QUOTE(MR.Shiney @ Feb 28 2017, 10:01 PM) Install TrinusPSVR and there will be a straight up tutorial there. If you wanna try Doom & Firewatch or any other games that isnt native VR you need VorpX. There are other free/cheaper alternatives like Tridef3D, Vireio Perception or Reshade to convert it to 3D side by side. But the free alternatives only provide headtracking through mouse emulation. So tilting IS NOT possible, might cause some serious headache. I suggest you try it with native SteamVR games first. Great! I thought that to play SteamVR games, you have to install TrinusVR. So for me to play SteamVR games, I just have to install the Steam drivers and plug the system as it supposed to, right? No need to connect the camera for tracking? |

QUOTE(MR.Shiney @ Mar 24 2017, 12:39 AM) My current PSVR to HTC Vive conversion process... Looks promising! How's the performance? This step is installing PS Move bulb on top of the headset to enable positional tracking via PSMoveService. Used scraps I've found around the house & some Move replacement parts I've purchased online. It looks a little rough for now, will take the next step to refine and make it a little pleasing to look at » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Updated. Here's the final build. Painted it black & cable management together with the PSVR cables. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

QUOTE(hidelun @ Mar 30 2017, 12:14 AM) Hi, I have just bought PSVR with PS Titanium headset. However I feel the volume output from the psvr set is kinda low. I tried with the original bundled earphone and the headset yet still I get low volume. Of course if off my psvr and plug accordingly to my PS4, the sound quality is good and loud. So I confirm is not the earphone and headset problem. Anyone experience the same thing? have you tried to increase the volume via the controller? |

Not really sure if PSN asia is down but when I paid for Mortal Blitz(r3), the payment went through. I got an error message when I finalized my payment but it eventually downloaded the game. You can try.

QUOTE(MattAces @ May 3 2017, 01:30 AM) Sad to see that, saw your thread. Good luck with the fund and hopefully you will get the chance to join back the VR community soon. Farpoint is really looking great and local shops are opening preorder. Yeah bro, kinda sad actually but I have to do it for a family member who needs the funds more than I do. Whoever is getting Farpoint, add me so we can co-op! |

QUOTE(Ninja @ Nov 8 2017, 02:21 AM) Buy the Skyrim VR bundle which include the PSVR V2 unit. But not sure whether Asia will have the same bundle or not. COOL! I might get that if it is available locally. My only gripe with the current version is always disconnecting the HDMI from the processor due to the non-HDR support but glad they have rectified it ![]() Source: https://blog.us.playstation.com/2017/11/06/...yrim-vr-bundle/ |

Hey guys, anyone knows when the PSVR v2 will be released? The VR complete bundle is currently retailed at rm1349 with the move controllers. Tempting but the non-HDR pass thru is a bit of a burden for me.
