Check out Bar-isan in malaysia . They have a gym specially for calisthenics .it is possible to grow with that and along with what darklinght said, diet.

Same with me here (more like trying to perform a muscle up)
I watched a video (strengthcamp collab with barstarzz), they say you could try doing full leg raises to achieve the core strength needed for human flag in which you would hang yourself on the bar and try to bring your feet up until it touches the bar.
