Is there anyone into this kinda hobby/sports?willing to share some experiences?

I'm new on this but really interested to collect some knowledge from experts.

Sometimes the vids doesn't help.They're mostly professionals and they always skip to show the basic core workout..

Regarding the core strength,what kinda workout are the best?
