I checked that it's RM 349 for i3-4130. The PSU I just changed like 2-3 months ago, because my old one kaput. Should I upgrade PSU? I guess no one will buy my Aerocool PSU.

DRAM prices are tracked closely, and is all based on demand and supply.  There is a way to "predict" future demand prices by checking on current DRAM spot prices, and looking at the trends, and reading analysts' predictions.  Currently Micron just purchased Elpida, so today there are only 3 major memory suppliers in the world for desktop DRAM, Samsung, Hynix, and Micron.  So with this, these 3 companies have higher influence on WW DRAM prices.

There is also a major change in technology whereby Samsung will be releasing 20nm DRAM which is can be up to 30% cheaper than current 25nm DRAM.  This will also push DRAM prices lower as Samsung ramps to production and Hynix and Micron are forced to reduce prices to compete.

In any case, there is some prediction that desktop DRAM prices will reduce in Q2 or early Q3.

Mobile DRAM prices are expected to increase as demand is higher than supply.

You're definitely welcome. It's true, I got this 780 AMP! as a stand-in after my fan on my Sapphire Tri-X died on me, and I must say the Zotac card is one of my best purchases in a long while. I still have no experience with the after sales though, touchwood it would be able to outlast at least my frequent upgrading exercises.

Since there's no cheap, the lowest price should be enough. Fully or semi-modular should do it since I'm not gonna show off the rig. To be honest, I'm not a fan of CM, Bitfenix. IMO, they casing is overated. I'm a fan of Lian Li, Silverstone, Jobo. But my money doesn't agree with me. And as usual, itx mobo so expensive.
