QUOTE(CV6149 @ Apr 27 2007, 11:45 AM) hahah i thought sooo... doesn anyone can confirm whether DFI Infinity nF Ultra II-M2 like pws mainboard confirm can be use with Agena??thinking hard to change mobo.. Can be used...but the Agena core is using AM2+...so the full potential can not be released by this board .. -pWs-

QUOTE(byfc2010 @ Apr 27 2007, 03:25 PM) yea lor... cauz ram alr set to ddr400... then oni left either mobo or proc lor... bt dun wan try liao lar... 2.8Ghz my temp on idle alr 51C... on full mar at least 70C... Wow...that is freaking high. If i din remember wrongly, 72 is the max safety temperature for amd proc -pWs-This post has been edited by -pWs-: Apr 27 2007, 05:46 PM

I also experienced it b4 once. But i dun care it... I just open again my computer with the same setting... Maybe really as Amedion said, ghost shutdown our computer -pWs-This post has been edited by -pWs-: Apr 30 2007, 01:46 PM

QUOTE(bryanyeo87 @ Apr 30 2007, 04:05 PM) coz budget mar...no $$ to buy a good heatsink or good watercooling atm...js bidded for an dangerden block from ebay, so hopefully can use wc w/o fan( stick radiator in front of air con ) Good idea... better than having fan blow on it... Then, u can oc ur proc all the way regardless of how much vcore u pump -pWs-

For brisbane user, there is a reason why we getting low temp on it...Not sure whether it is true o not... QUOTE AMD reported that the DTS in Brisbane is broken. Here the links i refer to. http://www.alcpu.com/forums/viewtopic.php?...db4d8f1b5899b60http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?p=2152881-pWs-This post has been edited by -pWs-: May 1 2007, 12:38 PM

QUOTE(normeck @ May 7 2007, 12:50 AM) i see other thread says.. can overclock to 2.5 to 2.7 with stock HSF..for windsor proc.. is that means the voltage will be higher? and the temp will be 50 - 60c? cause my biostar can go till 2.6Ghz...with stock HSF...but the temp will be around 50c to 60c.... any suggestion? im using value ram... can i just oc the proc only.....? Yea...u can just oc the proc. Use lower divider and ensure the timing and speed do not exceed the SPD value -pWs-

QUOTE(jy14 @ May 13 2007, 02:51 AM) Nice result there. Is that stable result ? Oh, another thing is, mind to tell me about that soft ware that u using to show the temp and measurement of the voltages ? Kinda noob in software side. Thanks in advance. Everest will do -pWs-

The timing wont increase...You better manual set the timing. When HTT increase, only memory frequency, clock speed and HT link will increase. -pWs-

QUOTE(8tvt @ May 14 2007, 10:41 AM) my brisbane can even boot up @ 1.v.. 1.1v default can set till 230fsb... that's on my M2N-E.. tried 285fsb with 1.26.. but the thing is.. my new TA690G mobo set startup voltage @ 1.225... and lowest ddr option is 1.95v.. so no EE option... lol... set to 270fsb easily... now guys.. come to look new ATI mobo chipset.. load with default bios.. How much ur vcore at 2.973GHz?? And what ur OPN code?? -pWs-

That is insane O_o HTT supported is 600 and vcore nearly 2v @8tvt... use lower multiplier and use 600HTT, see will explode or not Jk Jk -pWs-

QUOTE(8tvt @ May 15 2007, 03:24 PM) from my observation.. the brisbane dislike over voltage.. so i tried the lowest possible voltage to get higher mhz.. with 1.33v can reach 2.9ghz now.. only my ram holding me back.. loose ram timing also no use... so keep it tight.. 2.9Ghz at 1.33v?? stable? My brisbane need 1.4v to reach 2.945Ghz -pWs-

QUOTE(8tvt @ May 16 2007, 10:19 AM) after sometimes... drop the cpu voltage.. at first my brisbane cannot go beyond 2.7.. i thought 1.3v is not enough.. i tried until 1.45 also never use.. then i try to start from 1.25 back and it's stable.. then i increase the fsb step by step to reach higher speed... I think u got a nice batch of 3600. Hehe So what speed now? And what the vdimm for ur ram? Is it micron d9?? -pWs-

QUOTE(soulfly @ May 17 2007, 08:02 PM) Nice one.. U do burn in?? How much extra voltage u pump from the voltage enough to run that clock speed?? -pWs-
