HID would blind the opposite drivers if using normal reflectors and adjusted too high.. as we are using the projector for the HID, should not be a problem..just that, dont adjust too high..

in our headlamps, the round thing like magnifying glass? thats the projector component.. other cars, you can see the bulb straight away..

All depends on luck for unknown brand.. cant promise anything..

yes and its only for low beam, for high beam, still uses the normal bulb.

Just get Philips Crystal vision if you so want to change the stock bulb, or get Diamond vision of you want the aesthetic white light. At least if you get stopped, you can argue that they are halogen bulbs.

I bought from a buyer in LYN too.. and fixed it myself.. its straight forward job.. just have to take out current bulb, n fix the hid.. plug and play.. just have to figure out whr to mount the ballast..

no bro, they're talking about the 3 years free service that proton offers. The free things covers Mach 5 EO, drain plug, oil filter and labor for 3 years. All other items user must pay. They did not cover semi syn oil (Syn800) on the offer.

Preve need at least a semi syn, therefore i recommend new user to switch to semi. semi syn tested to last as long as 10k km (this is what COSE SA told me during my service). mineral should be change every 5k km

Lol you must have been to that thread. Let me tell you, both are fine. The so-called inferior 'Asia-Pacific/USA Packaging' bulbs are actually made in neighboring countries of Germany, like Poland.

Since I don't want to have that awkward looks if I need to use high beam, otherwise a pair of lights would be whitish and another pair would be yellow, I changed both my low beams and high beam to Crystal Visions, one with the Europe packaging and another in Asia packaging (bought separately). Both are of the same quality in my book, the digital security codes were verified on the same website. The website also shows you how many times the code has been verified, so no same code can be used more than once.
