E350 is several generation behind already Can watch bluray/HD video as long as hardware acceleration is supported. H265 or H264 Hi10p might have trouble as currently no GPU support them, for pure software decoding your CPU has to be quad core 1GHz or faster, dual core 3.8GHz or better. I think people thought that you couldn't run Titanfall above 15fps on a E-350 considering what a POS it is
