P/s ive been living in shah alam since 97 and move arnd sek7 (10mins away from sek13) since 2000ish. Feel free to ask anything related abt the area.

U dont have to worry much abt the weekly football match (malaysia league) as selangor team hard to get the crowds...only special matches like semi final, final or vs big teams like kelantan or jdt will draw big numbers.

Tips: if u want to purchase d unit facing stadium wont hurt u i guess...sometimes free fireworks ooohhh hahah

oh ok thats good.. I'm used to 110-120k people crowds overseas back in my uni days, so I know how hectic things can get..

Good to know the weekly football match hardly attracts people.. heard got fireworks during last weeks game..

other than the 'Pangaea Problem' their workmanship and finishing usually quite good one.. I can see Mirage by the Lake looks pretty good..

not really sure.. close to aeon(duno wthr osk lie again or not) and tesco extra la(google d but not much F&B there). Near MSU but may not get good rental as room/unit is quite big..

Cons: leasehold might not be renewed, near pasar tani (if u like cheap n easy to access food good la), stadium (very jammed up)

I still don't think i will be buying but will decide next saturday based on the package offer. hopefully 550 psf

yeah as I expected, hence can't really compare atria but if they make atria nice then this should be good..mirage by the lake so far quite good the workmanship..

This is the impression I have on OSK developers. It's like they sell you a car but they never bother to create the spare part market or gas station to support that product. Don't think I'll purchase any of their property again.
