Stadium shah alam will be intergrated with BRT. There will be a pedestrian walkway on ground floor similar to abdullah hukum lrt walkway that's new.

New hospital (259 beds) beside Emira.

IJN Holdings Sdn Bhd entered into a strategic partnership with Selgate Corp Sdn Bhd to build the IJN Selgate Specialist Hospital in Shah Alam, Selangor, that would cost RM250 million.
IJN Holdings group CEO Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Azhari Yakub said the company’s first expansion of its cardiac care facility has always been a part of its strategic plan.
“Our plan is to provide an affordable cardiac centre for patients in Malaysia. To do this, IJN has to be more accessible to the public,” Dr Mohd Azhari told reporters at the signing ceremony in Shah Alam yesterday.
The partnership is to provide multi-disciplinary healthcare that includes pediatrics, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynaecology among others — at a more affordable price, that the low and medium income people can benefit from.
Selgate group CEO Noor Hisham Mohd Ghouth said the construction work is expected to start in the third quarter of 2018 (3Q18) and is expected to be operational in 4Q20.
“The land belongs to PKNS (Selangor State Development Corp) and is currently being leased by Tesco Extra in Section 13, Shah Alam.

It sure is. Business is good too, very good reviews on Google (3600++ reviews mostly 5 stars).

Believe when Emira VPs, renting it out to the right tenant will be very smooth and quick. Unlike most parts of KV, the surrounding condos here have VERY HIGH occupancy rates

there will surely be covered walkways to the station. Do not think of aircon bridge like tropic gardens, no buyer here paid for that and should not expect it.

Don't expect 1.9k rental for 1br. if can get 1.3k FF considered good d.

This is akin to comparing KLCC and sentul LOL. menara u psf rental is more than double compared to v residency. 2 totally opposite locations of the federal highway.

On a side note menara U is much closer to MSU compared to Emira and will continue to be a hotspot for rental
