i feel this is quite wrong, no?
early birds can choose units
late birds have less choices (this is okay) but should not be penalised by 25K just after 1 day (Thu and Fri)
if this is the case, developer should announce it clearly saying 25K discount for Thu only then people will try their best to buy on Thu
if they cannot go on Thu and it is public fault and not developer

who are target customers for the retail
i mean who will go there makan apart from residents?
or just hope for aeon visitors in the future when they cannot eat cheaper inside aeon so they have no choice but to walk to emira retail to makan nasi?

LRT will help emira if it is REALLY within walking distance and conducive to walk
if not residents still have to drive it makes no difference
near but have to drive + whether there is enough car park or not at competitive rate
else just speculative move by developer

OSK should make it clear
if 0.43 then say 0.43cent/psf from the beginning

to say 0.33/cent + hidden charges is not the way to do things
unless they tell early that 0.33cent without car park
and car park buyers have to buy or rent...
developer must make it clear before launch
