i mean who will go there makan apart from residents? or just hope for aeon visitors in the future when they cannot eat cheaper inside aeon so they have no choice but to walk to emira retail to makan nasi? |

OSK should make it clear
if 0.43 then say 0.43cent/psf from the beginning to say 0.33/cent + hidden charges is not the way to do things unless they tell early that 0.33cent without car park and car park buyers have to buy or rent... developer must make it clear before launch |
