Boss, ur price quite high already. Should consider TTDI sentralis with big 'successful' retail player as well. I would definitely buy GEO Bukit rimau if given the chance. Although Seksyen 13 is gona be more ONG with all the commercial development nearby, I think Bukit Rimau area lacks highrise units. Although it's an untested market there, Geo's location is quite doable. Btw, Emira signing SnP before March.
