boss, few weeks back gt a few units released. today my friend went to buy ALL 2 bedroom facing stadium fully booked..1bedroom cn gt level 12 stadium view fr gd price.

U buying fr investment or ownstay? 1/2/3 bedroom?

nt sure but shld be around RM650k. Most 3 bedders fr ownstay.. I think stadium view+pool view will be reli gd cos can see pool, stadium greenery+ golf course.

LRT station is gona be VERY close to emira.. right beside or in front of stadium melawati..30-80m..

they hv already been playing the game for 5 months..gona be 6 months soon.. i think those stadium view high floor might be noisy a bit? but tropicana gardens (selangor's most expensive apartment) also MRT at your doorstep but no one complain about noise YET. laugh.gif laugh.gif

Shld be around December this yr or january latest... its progressing very fast.. on the other side of AEON (near federal) got new 4&5 storey shops with lift & central piazza also known as Piazza D'Kayangan..

The whole area shaping up well n anchor will be LRT station around 100m frm AEON or 50m frm Emira.. Need holding power to reap the rewards of the LRT la cos will take 2-3 yrs post VP. unsure.gif unsure.gif i hope some tod project emerges around here as theres still a lot of untapped land beside emira among others near this stadium station nod.gif

Fr ownstay u prefer dkayangan area or jelutong.. jelutong premium address but many many condos coming up in a small area..gona be mid to high dense when area density is up.. thr suria jelutong nt bad deal 600+psf..doable fr ownstay
