Initially its supposed to be 1st at the boomgate with card access, 2nd at the lift lobby of each floor with card access.. then CCTV in the parking with guards patrolling etc...

3 tier supposed to be boomgate with card access, lift lobby with card access, 3rd access to only your own floor.. cctv n guards patrolling remains..

more tiers supposed to be more security levels to reach ur house..cctv is not a tier..

Hey guys, so the agent in the HQ was friendly n answered all my questions well.

1. Carpark Allocation: They are in the midst of allocating the car park right now. The carpark location n carpark number will be attached to the SnP. There will be a letter/annexe showing where your carpark will be on the plan. NO TANDEM carpark (100% sure), carparks will be side by side or opposite each other on the same floor.

2. Show unit- No show unit for now based on the great sales. Final confirmation by the developer.

3. Cabinet/fittings etc- They will tender out the kitchen cabinet between now n halfway thru the project. For example, Mirage by the Lake (MBTL) has Signature Kitchen cabinets. Ill post 1/2 mirage kitchen/tile pics later. She's expecting a white kitchen cabinet similar to MBTL (most prob signature but she didnt say that). Tiles are also somewhat similar to MBTL.. for the 1 bedroom, its the wooden floors la.

4. Construction period- 36 months (APDL in progress n full brochure with specs underway)

5.Security- They were recently briefed by the security consultant who said the security would be more than enough to protect residents. The security is multi-tier which could be 2 or 3 but will be adequate (will find out in the SnP). Confirmed features include: boom gate with card access, lift lobby card access, no way to enter lobby/carpark without card, intercom, CCTVs on the facilities floor, each lift lobby (none in the floors for privacy reasons), patrolling by guards, 24 hours security. She mentioned that the patrolling will be very important esp when the JMB takes over.

LRT 3 Updates:

PRASARANA Malaysia Bhd will start dishing out major work packages of the RM9bil light rail transit line three (LRT 3), most probably from the beginning of the second half of next year, following the appointment of the project delivery partner (PDP) for the development.

“The LRT 3 from Bandar Utama to Klang will span about 36km in length with 25 stations plus an underground station. It is understood that LRT 3 is crucial to serve the capital of the most industrialised state in the country, Shah Alam.”

It has been reported that from Bandar Utama, the line will go on to Tropicana before cutting across Hicom-Glenmarie Industrial Park, heading for Shah Alam via Section 13 near the Shah Alam Stadium, Universiti Teknologi Mara in Section 2 and i-City in Section 7. The line will then travel down to Bukit Raja to the Klang KTM Komuter station before heading further south for Bukit Tinggi and Johan Setia.

It is expected that LRT 3 will be operational in 2020, while the LEP for the Kelana Jaya Line will be completed by October 2016.
