mostly sold out now.. maybe only high floors left. Beside AEON n LRT..

No but the alignment would most likely be in front of Persiaran Sukan la, opposite of Emira..

Naza TTD says tht the station is beside their gateway project but then the alignment would be a bit weird as it would have to cut thru the stadium land..

The only way to save on utilities is to share ur internet la. others all must use power saving lights etc..

i also wanna know the proper measurement to estimate the furniture/size ahead of time..

I recently spoke to an individual contemplating on the viability of a higher floor 1 bedroom with 2cp in the tenant market.

Honestly, at more than 400k for a spacious 1 bedder, u could park your money elsewhere as U would need 4 students (willing to share a room) to rent your unit.. Moreover, the supply of new residences in Sect 13 n 25 is quite high with Piaza Kayangan, TTDI gateway, metia, Menara u2 & others coming up.

On the flip side, you'd have KDU kids as well.

As I expect a looming price correction or stagnation, one should think twice before simply BBBing to rent/flip out.

not sure, but i strongly doubt 100%.. a few people have dropped their units but the lower floor dropped ones will be sapued very fast.. high floors will struggle..

I think higher floors facing the golf course will have a good view of KGSAAS as the golf course is lit up at night biggrin.gif
for those on the lower floors/aeon view, can still enjoy the view from the skydeck..

i think maintenance will be good at the price point la.. If the AEON can attract good tenants n possibly Index Living Mall with good FnB options albeit Halal, than the price can rise very well also la..

Heard they are building a showunit in q1 2015 and SPA signing still scheduled for January 2015..

Need to see the showunit to see all the specs la..
