Morning all, this is my first post ever. I am a buyer of Emira unit 9-19.

Please see Emira development photo taken on Wednesday morning 18/1/2017 as seen from the Elite highway (it was totally jammed traffic allowing me to snap this photo).

My unit can be seen in the photo :-)

One floor how many units? 20?
How many lifts to serve each floor, excluding service lift?

Mind to share?

Sure, it has 20 units per floor (different types A1-A4, B1-B2 and C1-C2) depending on the floor size, number of rooms and design.

2+1 lifts for 20units per floor....looks like it.

There are 3 lifts side by side (1 of which is a service lift). 400 units in total across 25 floors. Lifts is a negative for emira.

More lifts doesn't mean it's good. You will need a reliable lifts. Heard it's high speed lifts . So i think should be fine.

25 storey needs a high speed lift????????? I trust your source.....

more lifts will add to your maintenance cost....but 2 lifts are not enuf with the kind of density.....even Babizz acknowledged it.

Prasarana to award LRT 3 line contracts in May

KUALA LUMPUR: Prasarana Malaysia Bhd will start dishing out the major contracts for the 37km Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project in May.

President and group chief executive officer Datuk Seri Azmi Abdul Aziz said the transportation group expects to commence work for LRT 3 between March and May this year.

“We already completed some part of the land acquisitions and would see some early phase of the project to start at least by March,” he told reporters at a media briefing on Wednesday.

He added that the value of the contracts have yet to be finalised.

The 37km LRT 3 would have 26 stations, with 2km of the alignment to be underground. It was said to cost about RM9bil.

Crowded as usual. My friend stay around there.
Expecting the respond when completed also upcoming LRT 3 Station.

Well the mall always crowded..

However Some will still be clueless how can be crowded when its all halal stuff only sold
