with the 6% my maintenance fees goes up to more than 400 and will most likely cancel my booking.. im gona make them reduce the fees.. saw 3 ppl complaining on their fb already.. i PM them they say our sales staff are attending to requests one by one

wah i still duno why ppl buy sutera damansara when the prices are close to desa parkcity prices.

I will scold them for not informing their workers about GST being charged for maintenance fees.. if its memang true im gona tell them that i will encourage all buyers on LYN to drop the project as a 2 bedder will be paying more than twice of other condos in d area..

if they can bypass ur shopping mall in pangaea, nothing is impossible
if the apartment has like 4/5 lifts then more justifiable la but still 0.40 plus GST is unacceptable.

Haha ya.. actually if they just reduce it by 3-5 cents, we will be ok la even with GST..
btw, ALL service apartments won't be charged GST for progressive payment.

quite expensive hor for the little facilities that u get..

i think the SA's and staff are nice people la. they are just not briefed by senior management. pity them and us the investors.

ya so far buyers cumulatively with more than 10 units have PMed me.

ya if this doesn't work out well coupled with their pangaea scandal, more osk buyers will be reminding buyers about future OSK projects..

Nevertheless, I'm giving them a chance to REDUCE the maintenance fees and will be ok with the 3 lifts but WON'T BE OK with paying RM400 for 3 lifts only

If osk wants to make money, they shouldn't do it by increasing/charging a high maintenance fee!
