New firmware update available now

After a long time of absence from the forum ... am back with the SmartBand SWR10

Early feedback (been using it for about a week now):

- initial firmware sucks .... the device kept disconnecting from the phone
- new firmware launched on 25 April fixed most problems and also added an auto night mode

So what happens is that you need to download a software called "LifeLog" which allow you to track all sort of stuff:

Things like steps, where you been before, the weather, how much time you spent on entertainment, music, photos, etc.

As a step counter, it works as advertised. But it does more than just that... you are basically recording your entire life in this software which probably brings up the next point... how safe is your data? I'm not too sure since the software sync all these info back to Sony Network (you can actually restore all your data after a hard reset).

Oh one more thing. Experienced my first restart just now.
I do hope it's normal for all this.
Kinda starting to regret changing over to Z1.
Hope the next update will rectify everything.

just install the office suite pro apk, once install it will detect your device and unlock into full version

juz bought a black z1 .....
it is dynamic set, but dunno why it is android 4.3 out of the box instead of 4.2
and wifi will disconnect randomly showing 'association rejected'

any 1 using original sony charger + 3rd party magnetic charging cable?
is the charging speed same?

and for those who have any VOIP service app (especially Skype), it is advisable to uninstall it as Google had admitted there is a bug with 4.4.2

Guys i'd been using this phone for 3 months without any problem. Today a notification kept coming out "an error report has been sent" since this morning. There's no obvious problem with the phone but its getting annoying as the notification kept appearing at the bottom of the screen. Any suggestions on what to do with this notification. I havent updated to the current fw yet.

weird bug indeed... is there any background apps running that keep the screen on longer than usual?

For unable download apps do you mean through google play?
if yes, go to apps force stop google play, clear the cache (warning! all your store password and search keyword will lose) then enable it back again. You should able to download apps from google play now. I have this problem before and my fren teach me above step. But no idea on screen display.
