This MNet is the same joker who joined that GPLF full time before mah.. the same GPLF with the fake datuks and ICJ judges and now owing people a lot of money wan. Looks like full time jumping from one con scheme to another.

MNet so far is the only one that still hangs around in LYN after scheme after scheme goes down. Others such as siliconwiper from that stevens tea garden or fredlc from GPLF disappeared once the thing goes down.

This latest seizure of 26.2 million baht is taken from a safe in one of the key suspect's condominium unit. you gotta wonder why so much cash in a safe at home.

It is a huge pity that company registration details are not easily open to the public. If its freely open, it'll be interesting to do a complete search through the database for organisations with the name utoken or ufun in its name, and look through the list of directors and shareholders and look at connecting the dots.

the technology is there, but the data is not readily available without having to pay for each company you want detailed information on.

Perhaps this is among the reasons why UFun is so scattered all over the place, with numerous entities registered and does not have any single official website at all.

So if any particular one gets raided, they just claim that its not them.

maybe neither one? for all we know you could be hired by u-fun-troll LTD, which is one of the countless organisations setup with the u-fun name in it by those behind the scheme so they can later deny that it belongs to them when it gets busted later?

that's the thing about how this ufun operates. its all over the place, and when something gets taken down, the rest of the organisation just claims that its nothing to do with them, just using their name without permission.

A legitimate organisation with strong branding will be extremely protective of its own branding, and will seek to make their branding consistent and clear to ensure there's no confusion, unless its on purpose. if u-fun store has nothing to do with u-fun group, then u-fun group would have lodged police reports against them over trademark issues before the police started raiding them.

Case in point will be the police report lodged by Bina Puri against u-fun group over the misuse of the Bina Puri brand name and logo.

Besides, the evidence in what I'm suggesting is already in the news, you just need to know where to look. u-fun group had claimed to be involved in the Bangkok Marina project right? However, reported in the news, the property seized from the Bangkok Marina project are from u-fun store.

investigated yes, but once the links are discovered, what do you think will happen?

Obviously people within the u-fun group who are in this for the money, and paid to take the risk for it.

not sure about the line level staff, but obviously the higher levels are being paid to take the risk of such potential downfall when there's a crackdown

- Bina Puri lodged a police report that they had not allowed u-fun to make use of their brand name and logo
- Property in the Bangkok Marina invested by whichever organization in the u-fun group has been seized.

so its already done and done, and going further still as they investigate into it more.

After all, not even the so called founder of u-fun dared to make a public press conference on this to confirm that u-fun store is nothing to do with u-fun group, its only the small fries making such statements. Better yet, the founder of u-fun group does not even dare make a public appearance, but only dare to release a video on youtube.
