different addresses does not mean anything either. a company's administrative address can be different from a company's various operational addresses, especially when there's different subsidiaries involved.

Key items to note: this u-fun store that was raided seems to be rolling in cash and have a large network too.

with such a large scale operation in place, it is very unlikely that u-fun group will have not initiated legal proceedings on them over misuse of the u-fun brand name if they're indeed totally different entities as claimed.

with all the negative news out right now, if the price is really market driven like they claim, then you can expect the utoken price to go down, especially with the admission that the Bangkok Marina and Klang Gateway project claims are now known to be false.

but if the price remains as it is, or goes up, then you will know that the price is not market driven as claimed, but is determined internally by those running ufun instead.
