I went to their showroom and they say will be completed by 2024. Not under HDA and after completion leasehold only 83 years left. However SA said defect period will still be 24 months and after completion date 5 years later within 3 months if the property lose its value they will either top up the lose value or they can buy back the property (with after rebate price).
