coz last time COSE or sum branch (iinm) selling UR bar so they consider no void if pasang by them... but now not sure.. seem COSE also tak de UR punya brg now...

actually, UR bars void or not void warranty, thats not a concern also.

suspension is considered as wear and tear item, hence it is only given 20,000km warranty. even if you put a front strut bar for instance, it only voids the suspension warranty and not the whole car warranty. takkan just because there's a beam of metal over the top of the intake manifold then IAFM warranty void also? lol

Err... To be honest. Any accessories/parts other than factory fitted, if wish to insured has to be endorsed by JPJ. However, the most common accessories that's being insured and insurance company willingly to covered are:

1) Tinting film - Must insured together with windscreen, but declare separately.
2) Hi end in car plasma ionizer(installed into aircond system, not easy detach that type)
3) GPS tracking system
4) Master brake cylinder(if you wish to, and if it's expansive)

Things that CAN be insured, but insurance company DOES NOT LIKE:

1) Expansive in car entertainment systems
2) Fancy alloy wheels
3) Bodykit/modified body parts
4) Turbokit
5) Performance suspensionkit
6) Fancy brake calipers and disc(Brembo,Endless etc)

Frankly, if ayam the person who have a T68 under the hood with a huge ass ARC intercooler I also will not insure them. Already knowing JPJ confirm will not let me pass, why would I go through the trouble? Knowing having so many bars in the car is for safety and handling, already know JPJ confirm will not let me pass as they say I lumba haram, why would I go through the trouble? If I want, might as well get a cheap car strip it bear and put roll cage!
