QUOTE(2JayZ @ Apr 4 2014, 09:00 AM) So better to just change the extractor instead? I was told once to improve the 4-1 since most stock cars are usually 4-1 rather than 4-2-1 wor. Yet my car is auto I thought 4-2-1 la 4-2-1 should be the better choice. QUOTE(2JayZ @ Apr 4 2014, 09:51 AM) He needs to get the heart to pump more blood for extra adrenaline rush ma. I just want to explain why my earlier opinion of "don't change the piping"
The piping size on our gaga is the optimum already. IINM 1.3 an 1.6 piping size is the same on gaga. Reason I mentioned to keep the stock piping is because even if we change the mid box, muffler and extractor. The flow volume remains the same only velocity of flow improve as most of us are only doing mild modding. We are improving the efficiency of the engine and freeing up some trap power that's all..but not making super huge hp gain until the stock piping size can't handle and causes a bottleneck for the exhaust which hampers the performance. Unless you BOT or go forced induction, then you will need to increase the piping size to accommodate the extra volume of exhaust gas due to force feeding the engine with more air fuel. |

QUOTE(THE CLASS OF 13 @ Apr 7 2014, 10:56 AM) wah well explanation bro, so its better to upgrade suspension first right if im opt for 19mm, now my flx actually coupled with sport spring thinking to upgrade adjustable or arb but confuse which i should go first, for now im more towards comfort base just my fronts abs ady koyak lol thats why arb and adjustbale came into my mind.hehe For my chassis upgrade, I started with rims and tires, then strut bars, then only change to adjustables, the last piece to add in was rear ARB. reason i do in this order because want to make sure the chassis is up to the task of taking adjustable as they are very stiff and harsh on the chassis honestly speaking. |

QUOTE(THE CLASS OF 13 @ Apr 7 2014, 11:49 AM) lol stock setup ady harsh for me..flx right, u using hwl adjustable right? what is your spring rate for front and rear..driving in kelantan, road here kinda worse la makes my car rattles but i will finish my study next year back to my hometown where road quite ok la if using adjustable lol.. I won't go for untested brands....this cheap mines are local made actually and not tested or proven to work....so just stay away from them save up some money for HWL or GAB.... do u have any comment about cheap mines adjustable bro? QUOTE(wkwong91 @ Apr 7 2014, 11:52 AM) you try then you tell me... |
