I got one chinaman boss last time:
1. Cuti can apply one month 2 days only. Cannot more. If wanna cuti 5 days straight need show cause letter 2. Asking ppl to come on saturday and sunday for work but no OT ever given 3. Meetings that drag on till 6-7pm, dunno what she rambling about 4. Block someone career path by not letting one transfer coz "your skill needed here" Sometimes its not the company, its the boss |
